Shipping Policy
Your order is processed and shipped the same day, if you order before 2:30pm. Any orders made after 2:30pm will be shipped the following business day. As of now we ship all of our packages via USPS. When your package is shipped you will receive and automated e-mail containing the tracking number.
If you are local to the Richmond area and you'd like to order on the site, and then just pick your order up in the store that is possible. Use code "LOCALSONLY" and the shipping charge will automatically be removed from your order, and we will know to pull the products aside for you. IF YOU USE THIS CODE WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER.
Return Policy
We will happily accept returns on all unopened products, and in exchange give you a full refund. We will not cover the shipping charge for the return though, and you will not receive the refund until the arrival of the product(s) safe return to us. We will not refund any opened products. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can reach out to us and we may provide you with adequate store credit. This is on a case by case basis, we want our customers to be happy, but we don't want to be taken advantage of.
