• As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules of MyoGrow® daily. Split evenly – take one capsule with your morning meal and your second capsule with another meal 6-8 hours later. Use in cycles of 8-12 weeks taking at least 2 weeks off in-between cycles. This product does not require post cycle therapy or on cycle support.
